A week in the life of a journalist

This week I've been completing my TV news praxis. At QUT this means I work in a live newsroom with an experienced COS (chief of staff), national and international EPs (executive producers), camera operators, sound recordists and incredibly talented editors and a 'back of house' team to deliver news to a deadline.

From Brisbane's flood recovery on Day 1 to the unfolding saga that is swine flu and the Renewable Energy Forum in Brisbane today it's been a busy week for local stories.
